Exchanges permitted provided items are not worn or damaged. Clothing items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store. Items for exchange must be returned within 10 days of delivery with an RMA number. Per Arizona state regulations, panties are not returnable under any circumstances. All worn lingerie will be refused as non-exchangeable.
